Maryland Department of Disabilities (MDOD)

MDOD advances the rights and interests of people with disabilities so they may fully participate in their communities. The organization is charged with unifiying and improving the delivery of services to people with disabilities by working collaboratively with all Maryland state government agencies. MDOD focuses on key areas including employment, housing, transportation, education, health care, long-term care, assistive technology and emergency preparedness.
