Bonner County Coalition for Health is committed to helping area residents improve their quality of life by offering both advice and opportunity regarding NUTRITION and PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.
About Us
In our effort to create healthier communities, we are investing in developing and expanding community and school gardens, to include the Sandpoint Senior Center and Mountain States Early Head Start. Studies show that people who garden, or who live with someone who gardens, tend to eat more fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables has healthy benefits.
