Ballard Community Center

The Ballard Community Center is a community venue serving Seattle's Ballard community. For youth, the center offers after-school care and preschool programs, along with art classes, sports leagues, and teen clubs. For adults, both paid sports and wellness classes are offered. Free adult drop-in sports programs bring life to the center on a daily basis. Art classes are also popular as the center hosts a well-stocked pottery room. The center is known for hosting large carnival-style events around important holidays and every Tuesday in the summer. The Ballard Community Center is run by the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation Department.
