The Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program is a unique volunteer experience that aligns concerned citizens with abused and neglected children in their community. CASAs speak for children who cannot speak for themselves.

    About Us

Thousands of children in Iowa are currently under the juvenile court's jurisdiction due to abuse and neglect. The programs and activities of ICAB are dedicated to advocating for these children's best interests. You can help as a CASA or FCRB volunteer!
