    The Philadelphia District Attorney-Elect, Larry Krasner, will take office in January 2018. The office will be among the most progressive District Attorney’s Offices in the country. With a strong commitment to progressive criminal justice reform, the DA will focus on issues related to fair prosecution including ending cash bail, reforming civil asset forfeiture, and eliminating the death penalty, among others.
