  • Mission

    Reduce recidivism by promoting offender change through proven strategies during safe and secure incarceration and effective community supervision. The mission of MnCoSA is to substantially reduce the risk of future victimization by supporting people convicted of offenses as they reenter the community and lead responsible, productive, and accountable lives.

    About Us

    Minnesota Circles of Support and Accountability (MnCoSA) is operated out of the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Groups of 4-6 volunteers work with one offender for the first year of his transition from prison to the community.
