The Committee for Internet Change

  • About Us

We are a social welfare organization, designated as a political action committee, because we are actively seeking to change federal laws that regulate the internet.

Laws that we are trying to change are:

    1. Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Treat online publishers the same as print publishers.
    2. Advocating for a right to be forgotten law, which would allow anybody to ask a search engine to hide unflattering, outdated and false results about themselves.
    3. Make the internet affordable for all, with a federal law mandating a price ceiling internet prices can reach in any given number of years.
