About Us
The Mayor’s Office of Performance & Innovation (OPI) formed in May of 2019 when the CitiStat and Innovation teams merged to become one office. OPI also houses the City Data Fellows program.
Our Mission: To use data, design, and innovation to ensure equitable, user-friendly, and efficient government operations that improve the lives of Baltimore City residents.
