Luzerne County Public Defender

We are the office of the Luzerne County,Pa Public Defender. We provide representation in Luzerne County Common Pleas and Appellate courts to indigent persons accused of a crime. Our mission is to provide excellent representation in collaboration with our clients and their supporters. We serve our clients proudly, mindful of our constitutional , legal and moral obligations to provide the best possible outcomes for those persons involved with the criminal legal system.
