  • About Us

The Committee on Information Technology (COIT) is the City & County of San Francisco’s technology governance and policy making body. Our role is to help make City technology more transparent and accountable. COIT’s structure is intended to provide a forum for City leadership to coordinate and collaborate to make citywide technology decisions. We are a small office of three, and we live at the intersection between the Mayor’s Office and the City’s technology leadership. Through our work, we help to make strategic advice on the future of City technology, investments, and policy.
