    Allegheny County Ombudsmen are trained advocates for residents of personal care homes and nursing homes in Allegheny County who can help in the following ways in as little time as one hour, one time and month:

    1. Resident/Facility Visitation

    2. Consumer Education

    3. Mentor/Volunteer Team Leader
