Civic Service Institute

The Civic Service Institute at Northern Arizona University mobilizes generations to strengthen communities through service and volunteerism. At the Civic Service Institute, we provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities for students, seniors and other community members to get involved. We currently offer five programs for volunteers: Senior Companion Program, Foster Grandparent Program, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Project Give, and Professional Development. CSI provides the largest, most diverse and effective pool of volunteers to meet the needs of communities and neighborhoods throughout Arizona.
