Chicao Public Schools is the third largest school district in the country, serving over 400,000 students in over 600 schools. Early Childhood Healthcare Outreach (ECHO) is a new initiative to help students and families in CPS' Early Childhood programs enroll in Medicaid and CHIP insurance benefits.
