Mission
The mission of Early Settlement South Central is to provide high quality conflict resolution services to the courts and citizens of South Central Oklahoma that are fair, effective, inexpensive, and expeditious as an alternative to traditional litigation. Our program serves the following Oklahoma counties: Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Johnston, Love, Marshall and Murray.
About Us
Early Settlement Mediation is a community based volunteer organization that strives to help people resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner. In Mediation a neutral, third party volunteer mediator helps those in conflict define issues, explore solutions and reach practical, workable and mutually satisfactory agreements. Mediation seeks to prevent confliscts from escalating, saving everyone involved the time and expense of going to court. Our services are free to all cases that qualify. We utilize trained volunteer mediators to conduct our mediations.
