The City of New Orleans Mayor’s Office of Utilities is responsible for coordinating utility-related issues across government, industry and community. The Office was established to ensure safe, reliable and affordable utility services, while moving our city toward a more sustainable, smart and prosperous future. To achieve these goals, the Office works directly with energy, water, telecommunications and other utilities, various City departments and numerous community stakeholders.
