    The PROMISE center is a collaborative quality improvement effort between VA Hospice and Palliative Care (HPC) and the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion (CHERP). The goal of this center is to improve VA hospice and palliative care for veterans and their families. Survey results will serve as indicators of quality and provide the foundation for quality improvement activities.
