California Committee on Revision of the Penal Code
About Us
The Committee on Revision of the Penal Code is a California state entity created in 2020 to study and recommend changes to all aspects of California criminal law. As of October 2026, twenty-two bills implementing Committee recommendations have been enacted into law.
