Boston City Councilor Kim Janey, District 7

Kim Janey is the Boston City Councilor for District 7, which includes Roxbury, South End, Dorchester, and Fenway. Councilor Janey is committed to creating a racially and linguistically diverse work environment, with staff who are dedicated to racial and economic justice and who can provide high quality constituent services to the residents of our community. Councilor Janey believes in community voice and working collaboratively, where residents are included in shaping the vision for our community, and are able to share their concerns, questions, and ideas. Using an equity lens, all staff will work to build and develop strong relationships in the community, deliver high quality constituent services, and promote policy goals that best serve the residents of District 7.
