    The New York City Department of Education is the largest public school system in the US serving approximately 1.1 million students in about 1,500 schools with an annual budget in excess of $20 billion.

    The Office of Data and Reporting is responsible for: - Managing, improving, maintaining and providing access to operational data at DOE; - Working with internal clients to create and maintain reporting products; - Liaising with external entities to ensure that the DOE meets statutory and regulatory operational reporting requirements; - Collaborating with school leaders and support teams to envision and build data analysis tools; and - Providing transparent and meaningful operational data to the public.
