    The Mission of Guardianship Monitoring Program

    The mission of the Guardianship Monitoring Program is to serve the Court by confirming the continued well-being of an adjudicated person, thus allowing the Court to fulfill its legal obligation to protect and preserve the interests of the ward.

    Duties of the Guardianship Monitoring Program (GMP)

    The duty of the GMP is to review guardianship cases that have been established by the Court and evaluate the well-being of the vulnerable person. The GMP also performs home visits in order to confirm that the vulnerable person’s living situation is adequate for their needs.
