About Us
ResiStat (which stands for Resident Statistics) is the City of Somerville's effort to bring data-driven discussions and decision-making to residents and to promote civic engagement via the web and regular community meetings. The program uses a range of communication channels to inform residents as well as respond to resident questions and concerns and gather ideas and input in a meaningful way that helps guide city policy. ResiStat is the public arm of SomerStat, a data-driven initiative of Mayor Curtatone for performance management and the implementation of new ideas.
