Environmentally Endangered Lands Program (EEL)

  • About Us

The Environmentally Endangered Lands (EEL) Program is a Miami-Dade County program tasked with the responsibility to acquire, preserve, enhance, restore, conserve and maintain environmentally endangered lands for this and future generations.

Join us at our volunteer events to explore pockets of nature in Miami, learn about our unique South Florida habitats, and help us restore these threatened ecosystems. In an urban landscape with so much development, volunteer with us to be stewards of the remaining, precious natural areas in Miami.
