They will also educate and demonstrate for passengers how to download and work with apps like SEE SAY, Connect, and the Transit App. Ambassadors serve as a welcoming presence on buses and at transit centers. Their support will improve efficiency, reduce confusion, and foster a sense of community among passengers, while also providing another pair of eyes on current conditions within ABQRIDE's service. Whether helping with route information, directional assistance, or offering a friendly smile, ABQ RIDE Ambassadors make public transit more equitable, accessible, enjoyable, and stress-free for everyone.
