  • Mission

RCCMHC will work across systems and with families to meet the complex needs of youth with or at risk for emotional disturbance (ED) or serious emotional disturbance (SED).

    About Us

The Ramsey County Children's Mental Health Collaborative (RCCMHC) is a diverse community partnership of 200 families and over 30 child-serving agencies. Together, we work to create an integrated system of care that supports resiliency, recovery and lifetime family wellness. RCCMHC and our members coordinate outreach, advocacy, support, prevention, intervention and direct services for youth with mental health disorders and their families.

We provide twice-annual resource fairs, a monthly family program to help parents learn how to support their children's mental health, and other outreach and educational events. We also host a monthly family service committee meeting and help families get involved in policy-setting around children's mental health.
