    The Senior Companion Program of the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities serves only adults with developmental disabilities. Through their special caring, Senior Companions provide needed support for adults with developmental disabilities so they can maintain or gain new levels of independence. The Senior Companions foster socialization,daily living skills, and integration into the neighborhoods.
