About Us
- The Innovation Accelerator team provides resources, customized supports, and technical services to help develop and test innovative solutions that have been proposed by CRA staff. Projects under the Innovation Accelerator are focused on designing and prototyping solutions in partnership with relevant branches and teams across the Agency. Projects often aim to improve internal processes that will ultimately improve service delivery.
- The Impact Stream is a new team under the Innovation Accelerator. The team will use evidence-based practices, including data analytics, literature reviews, and expert interviews, to select, design, and evaluate projects that improve Canadians’ lives. A key focus is identifying opportunities to increase benefits take up, which may involve raising awareness of benefits, piloting new interventions and services, creating more effective interactions with taxpayers, and more.
