The mission of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is to provide quality health care to the community. Within this framework, the Department of Volunteer Management is dedicated to providing an extra dimension of patient care and service that augments, but does not replace that of paid staff. This mission is accomplished through the use of volunteers. Volunteers will enhance the abilities of staff to provide the best quality of care possible for our patients through contributions of the volunteers’ time, talents, and treasures. The Volunteer Management staff will support the volunteers in all such endeavors, ensuring that they comply with all existing rules and regulations which govern the Medical Center.
