    Formed in September 2013, the Opioid Task Force of Franklin County and the North Quabbin Region has over 400 members working together to help reduce opioid and heroin addiction, prevent overdose deaths and improve the quality of life in the region. It deploys a range of prevention, intervention, treatment & recovery strategies through its governing council and five working committees which are:

    • Education & Prevention
    • Healthcare Solutions
    • Housing & Workforce Development
    • Public Safety & Justice
    • Treatment & Recovery
