    Volunteer for the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon 2013 and XPO!

    We are delighted to announce the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon 2013 and XPO, taking place Oct. 3-13 at the Orange County Great Park in Irvine, California. This free public event features two complementary attractions: the Solar Decathlon, where visitors can tour highly efficient, solar-powered competition houses, and the XPO, featuring visionary and innovative clean energy companies, products, and educational opportunities.

    Volunteers are an important part of this exciting event. As a volunteer, you’ll work alongside Solar Decathlon and XPO organizers. You might serve as a greeter, docent, runner, registration assistant, visitor liaison, field trip greeter, special events volunteer and more.
