    The Tom Green County Library System’s mission is to provide the tools and resources that will afford each resident of the County the opportunity to succeed in a quest for knowledge, information, and personal enrichment.

    About Us

    TGCL consists of the main Stephens Central Library and two branches; Angelo West and North Angelo. Services consist of access to technology, free classes, free programs for all ages and a constantly updated collection of books, magazines, audio visual and digital materials. 2017 will see the opening of STEAM Central - a maker space consisting of textiles, electronics, 3D printing & laser cutting, general tools and a media center, all located at Stephens Central.
