You will help passengers find their gate and terminal, locate amenities, understand transportation options, provide information on North Texas attractions, and more. Every day, DFW International Airport Ambassadors provide a vital customer experience by connecting passengers to the world, helping make DFW their airport of choice.

    About Us

    The DFW Ambassador Volunteer Program celebrates 25 years at the Airport in 2023! Join our team today as we celebrate this historic milestone in North Texas. Volunteers can serve any day of the week, choose among a variety of locations throughout all five DFW Terminals, and participate in educational and networking activities throughout the year. Volunteer parking and uniforms are provided, in addition to recognition opportunities throughout the year.
