Mustang Youth Athletics

In partnership with our citizens, Gwinnett County Parks & Recreation provides high quality, broad-based parks, facilities, programs and services creating a sense of community, enabling a safe and secure environment, and enhancing Gwinnett's quality of life. The department promotes recreational opportunities to improve the quality of life for all citizens in Gwinnett County and makes reasonable modicifations to programs, services or activities when necessary to promote participation by persons with disabilities.

Lucky Shoals Park Community Recreation Center has a double gym with a walking track, a large community room, classrooms, dance room, game room and offices. We have 5 multipurpose fields, a walking trail, tenns courts, playground, pavilions and outdoor basketball courts. We run a Fall/Winter and Spring basketball and cheerleading programs serving kids ages 4-17. Other programs include karate, dance fitness, ballet, spanish, art and yoga classes, summer camps and special events inlcuding Daddy/Daughter Dance, Spring Fling, Punt/Pass/Kick, Halloween Haunted Festival, Reindeer Games and Pet Pics with Santa.
