    The Minnesota Technical Assistance Program (MnTAP) is an outreach and assistance unit at the University of Minnesota that assists Minnesota businesses with identifying and implementing pollution prevention, waste reduction, and energy conservation opportunities. We do so to help businesses maximize resource efficiency, increase energy efficiency, reduce costs, and prevent pollution.
