About Us


Partners for After School Success (PASS) is a collaborative, multi-site program run by the Dane County Department of Human Services in partnership with host site agencies that provide youth development programming throughout Dane County. PASS places 35 AmeriCorps members at host sites in predominantly low-income or resource scarce communities.



The goal of PASS is to enhance the academic achievement and school engagement of middle and high school youth by Members providing:


 


  • Academic Coaching and tutoring
  • Youth development programming that aligns and extends school day learning, promotes school engagement and enhances social and life skills
  • Youth volunteer opportunities


 


PASS is also committed to providing Members with opportunities for professional development and individual growth.
