Maryland’s Office of the Secretary of State’s Safe At Home Address Confidentiality Program (ACP) helps reduce existing gaps in victim services and foster collaboration and cooperation among partner agencies and advocates throughout Maryland. This mail-forwarding program assists in ensuring the safety of domestic violence and human trafficking victims by providing them an alternative address to use when dealing with all state and local agencies, and keeping their actual address confidential and inaccessible through public record.
