Public agency providing programs and services to protect children, the elderly, and the disabled from abuse, neglect and exploitation and helping individuals and families reach and maintain self-sufficiency. Community Resources program focuses on helping foster and abuse or neglected children enjoy experiences most other kids take for granted through The Fund for Alexandria's Child, and the Holiday Sharing program, providing gifts for foster children, eligible low income families and senior/disabled citizens.
