Respite & Companion Volunteer Program

  • About Us

Volunteers offer companionship to older adults who live either alone or with a family caregiver. These older adults are experiencing isolation or some form of compromised health. Volunteers visit two hours per week, must be at least 21 and pass a criminal background check, and are asked to make a minimum six-month commitment to the program. New volunteer trainings are held monthly. Apply at bouldercountyvolunteers.org. For more information, please contact Kari Middleton at 303.441.1543 or kmiddleton@bouldercounty.org.
