USAID Frankfurt

The Middle East Regional Platform (MERP) was established to provide technical, management, and operational support services to USAID country programs in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. From its location in Frankfurt, Germany, MERP provides assistance and staffing in support of field operations, ensuring USAID in-country leadership and staff are able to effectively address Agency priorities and execute the full complement of Agency business functions. Supporting limited and non-presence countries as well as full Missions, MERP technical and program staff are also able to assist Operating Units with design, implementation, and operation of USAID's assistance programs.
