    Bentonville Battlefield State Historic Site preserves and interprets the history of the battle of Bentonville and the Civil War in North Carolina.

    About Us

    Bentonville Battlefield offers visitors a unique look at one of North Carolina’s most important Civil War battlefields. The beautifully restored Harper House, preserved battlefield land, and exciting special events provide an opportunity to explore life during the American Civil War. The site of the largest battle ever fought in North Carolina, the site is active with tours, programs, a driving tour, walking trails, exhibits, special events and more!
