    About Us

Clark County Wetlands Park is a 2,900-acre oasis in the Mojave Desert located between urban Las Vegas and Lake Mead about 1 mile east of Boulder Highway and Tropicana Avenue. The park is 1 mile wide and 7 miles long, and the Las Vegas Wash flows through it. The Wetlands Park Nature Preserve at the western end of the park features ponds and streams with excellent wildlife viewing and an Exhibit Hall where visitors learn about the habitats and history of the region.
