Eighth Council District, Los Angeles

We envision our district having quality housing, good paying jobs, bustling commercial corridors and high-performing schools. We want a healthy and vibrant community with safe and open spaces and parks and multiple modes of transportation. Lastly, we need a robust infrastructure for civic participation where local residents are empowered to lead and move our community forward. The following are our key priorities:
