Southborough Youth and Family Services is a municipal department in the town of Southborough offering human service, mental health, and social service support to the residents of Southborough. Some of our services include support services such as individual, family, and group counseling, prevention programs, need- based services for families experiencing financial hardship, and community- wide initiatives focused on topics such as Mental Health Awareness and our Unplugged initiative
