Mountainland Care Partners Program

The Mountainland Care Partner program aims to help preserve the well-being and quality of life of the caregiver and the individual they are caring for.

Our programs offers volunteer opportunites for those who are searching, and match them with a caregiver who is needing a break. The volunteers provide respite for caregivers by wathcing the loved one they care for.

The need for volunteers is great, as many family caregivers are at risk for a wide range of emotional and physical health issues due to long days and nights without breaks.
