The purpose of the Ambassador Volunteer Program (VAP) at George Bush International Airport and William P. Hobby Airport is to welcome our international and domestic travelers. They provide our customers with a unique and pleasing experience by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Our volunteers provide friendly, helpful assistance through our terminal facilities to more than 50 million travelers who use the airport every year. Volunteers offer both internal and external customers information on how to locate services and facilities as well as assist passengers with finding appropriate transportation and accommodations.
