    Our mission is to create an equitable, inclusive community that is safe and supportive for people living with dementia and their care partners. Our objectives are to identify and improve services, social and built environments and policies.

    About Us

    Volunteering can look like:

    • Attending the monthly action team meeting either in person or on Zoom
    • Contributing ideas over email
    • Leading Dementia Friends Information Sessions as a Dementia Friends Champion
    • Advocating for people living with dementia and their care partners
    • Participating in one or more of our subcommittees:
      • Businesses
      • Community Spaces
      • Faith Communities
      • Medical Professionals
      • Transportation
