  • About Us

The mission of the Florida State Parks is to provide resource-based recreation while preserving, interpreting, and restoring natural and cultural resources. Volunteers are essential to helping us achieve this mission.

Opportunities are diverse – volunteers greet visitors, conduct tours, special events, remove exotic plants, maintain a beach, waterway or trail, and more! Volunteers make a difference in preserving, interpreting and restoring our natural and cultural resources.
