State of Delaware Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families. The Educational Unit provides comprehensive educational programs in both the Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (PBHS) and Juvenile Justice (YRS) facilities. Programming is year round and is appropriate to each child’s age, developmental stages and placement. It is the responsibility of the Educational Services Unit to provide “Educational Excellence for Every Student, Everyday”.

All of the school programs provided through DSCYF are year round and seek to provide optimal educational benefit while the youth is in placement.
