We, at Langley Elementary School, believe that the most important component in the educational process is the scholar learner, for whom all resources and activities must be centered.  In order to begin the educational cycle, the educator must establish high expectations for all scholars, assesses the needs of the learner and plan instructional activities suitable to meet the needs of each scholar.  We believe that all scholars are capable of learning. Therefore, we foster an environment that is conducive to learning. The scholar learner must demonstrate his/her success through his/her high performance.  Reaching their full academic and social potential will allow our scholars to be positive and productive members of their respective communities and the global community.
