San Francisco Child Care Planning & Advisory Council

The San Francisco Child Care Planning and Advisory Council (CPAC) creates and drives the early care and education agenda to meet the needs of San Francisco’s children and their families. CPAC advocates for a broad system of quality, affordable and accessible early care and education services throughout San Francisco, with a mandate from the state to focus on low-income and at-risk children and families.
