    Recognizing the need for supporting mental health conditions – not always related to substance misuse, DADC includes Dorchester Counseling Services (DCS), which provides client-centered, service-oriented care and treatment for those struggling to identify, manage, and control symptoms of mental health conditions

    The mission of The Dorchester Alcohol and Drug Commission is to achieve a healthy, resilient community with access to mental health and substance misuse information, treatment and recovery.
